Privacy Policy

Shuffly (“the app”) is a sliding-tile puzzle game designed for young children and families, published by Punte Gupta (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the app handles.

Information we collect

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. The app has no account system, no sign-up, and no messaging. Game progress (daily streaks and best times) is stored only on your device using local storage and is deleted when the app is uninstalled.

Photos

The app lets you choose a photo from your device to turn into a puzzle. The photo is used only on your device, only while you play. It is never uploaded, transmitted, or shared, and the app cannot browse your photo library — it only receives the single photo you pick through the Android system picker.

Advertising

The app shows advertisements served by Google AdMob. Because Shuffly is designed for children, every ad request is made in child-directed mode under Google's Families policies, with ad content rated G (General audiences) only. In this mode Google disables personalized advertising and limits data use in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families requirements.

To serve and measure non-personalized, contextual ads and to prevent fraud, Google AdMob may process limited technical data such as a device identifier and coarse device information. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Permissions

The app requests only the INTERNET permission, which is used exclusively to load advertisements.

Children's privacy

Shuffly is designed for children and complies with COPPA and the Google Play Families policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. There are no social features, no external links accessible to children, and no in-app purchases.

Data sent when you contact us

If you use the contact form on our support page, we receive the name, email address and message you provide, solely to reply to you. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the app handles information, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
